Mondays through Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fridays: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Closed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and Friday after), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (if holiday falls on a weekend, next or previous business day may be affected)

Emergency/Urgent Care

Our office does not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, please call 911, call or text 988 (National Mental Heath Hotline) or go to your nearest emergency room. For patients needing to be seen on an urgent basis, a limited number of appointments are reserved each week, please call our office during regular business hours for assistance in this area.

Billing Information

Below is a list of currently accepted insurance plans and cash pay rates. Even with insurance, you may still be responsible for all or a portion of your bill, depending on your coverage. Co-pays are due at the time of appointment.
